How many airline miles do I need to get a ticket?

What is the least amount of points that I need to redeem airlines reward miles. I have an account with Continental and one with AA. Thanks!

For American Airlines the least miles you can spend is 25,000 for a "Saver" award within the USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). On Continental the same type of ticket would be 20,000 miles.

I think it's 25,000 for an upgrade and 50,000 or more for a free ticket. Double check each airline's specific policy.
