It was the "Hollywood" brand, made of lightweight surrogate fabrics with electrically-fired squibs and dye packets to make it look like it was being hit by slugs.
The real thing would be far too uncomfortable for those Hollywood pansies to work in.

using my gf computer, the body armor was just props real body armor does not look that cool or sexy I would know I have seen all types in real life and have been to places were I have worn it ever day for six months at a time. Any thing that stops rifle rounds needs a sappy plate, large ceramic rectangle and it is heavy. No real body armor looks like something out of tron or starwars.
