Im 12, yeah even though im a kid the skin on my face is soo dry. Please I need a lotion thats not too expensive and that smoothes your face in a short time. I do use a lotion called
Nivea Essentially Enriched, my skin is partially improving but like its been taking a long time to work!!Also its my moms & its expensive, so i dont want to use it all up!!

Ok unfortunatly you actually do get what you pay for.
The best I have found was clinique Dramatically Different Gel (look on ebay for a cheaper deal)
Other alternative--- and works very well...
Olive oil!
rub some on face while relaxing in the tub, the heat from the tub helps it absorb. The wash it off with a good mild FACE soap. Olive oil is great because it does not leave an oily feeling on your face afterwards, and it softens and smooths skin nicely... If wanting to exfoliate: gently smooth some sugar over face with the olive oil..DONT RUB! can be too abrasive and face skin doesnt need to be SCUBBED with an exfolient!

I like Olay's 7 Effects moisturizer. They have one with sunscreen for the day, and an intensive night cream, one for sensitive skin, and fragrance free. For dark spots, I have been using pure, fresh sqeezed lemon juice to get rid of dark spots, and OMG this works great! Just squeeze some lemon juice on a cotton pad and put on your spots. Do this 2-3 times a day on days when you don't wear makeup. It stings at first, so make sure you don't put anything on your face before hand, like cleanser, or toner.

Have your mom go on line to bee royal products . com and look up the hydrating cream concentrate you both can use it. Its a little pricey but a little goes a very long way .. and it truly works and will not break your skin out I buy it for my girls along with the acne line. Good Luck

I use St. Ives with collagen elastin for my face. It helps with dry skin and it works quickly. It is not that expensive either. Maybe $3 or under at Wal-Mart. Also, it helps with acne and other blemishes. Hope this helps you.

Its not exactly a lotion, but Aloe Vera works very well and its not expensive and you dont have to use alot and it also helps with acne and oils on your face.

well they will all be expensive but u need to buy a lotion that says for face and not for body theres the avenno ones wich are great and the jonsons baby ones too!!!

There is a pink gel from Clinique that is lovely, try it, also worked for me to use some toner after washing my face from L`oreal

my skin started drying out and breaking out young too, so i use cetaphil face wash to clean my skin and cetaphil mousturising cream.
i love it!

Exfoliate, you could try using ground up coffee beans!
