for my wedding, i'm having a few small braids in my hair, and i wanted to have some flowers in the braids. the only problem is that i don't know what flowers would stay in, and which would actually fit in a small braid. any suggestions? thanks!

if it helps, if you've ever seen the movie Braveheart, in the scene with the wedding when the english lord takes away the red haired woman, i'm having my hair similar to hers, only with a couple braids pulled back. i've tried finding pictures, but i'm not having any luck finding any from that scene.

Daisies and mini daises have long pliable stems good for braiding and they keep their color and life for awhile. Baby's breath sticks well too. Ivy is always a neat option. Also miniture roses work but you have to de-leaf and de-thorn the stems!

Good luck and congratulations!!!

I would say Baby's breathe w/ some mini carnations.... they are the only flowers small enough that can fit in a braid and the only one that actually looks like a flower for being that small...... you can also pick your colors, they have a variety!

Hope all works well w/ you! take care
