You can use "Sunrise, Sunset" from fiddler on the roof for both. It is a nice, slow waltz beat, and very pretty. The lyrics are:
Is this the little girl I carried?
Is this the little boy at play?
I don't remember growing older,
when did they?
What words of wisdom can I give them?
How can I help to ease their way?
Now they must learn from one another,
day by day
Sunrise, Sunset
Sunrise, Sunset
Swiftly go the days
Seedlings turn overnight to sunflowers,
blossoming even as we gaze.
Sunrise, Sunset
Sunrise, Sunset
Swiftly fly the years
One season following another,
laden with happiness and tears.

Here's an article with some suggestions for father-daughter songs. Most of them also work for mother-son songs.

This website has a huge list of graduation songs. Some of them are also suitable for father-daughter dances and mother-son dances.

At my wedding, my father and I are dancing to "I loved her first". I cannot remember off the top of my head the artist, but it is a relatively new country song and it is a tear jerker!! Am still looking for the mother/son song, so if you get any good ideas, please share!!!

I am getting married next year and my dad and I picked My Girl as our dance and my fiance and his mom are dancing to You'll Be In My Heart by Phil Collins. Second runners up were You Got a Friend (for both of us) Rufus Wainwright's version of Somewhere Over The Rainbow for him and his mom and Billy Joel's Just the Way You Are for my dad and I. Hope this helps!

Actually, I'm in the same boat as you. My fiance picked out "I loved her first" by Heartland as the daughter/father dance. I'm still trying to find a song to dance with my mom! I'm trying to search google but came up with nothing yet.
