Okay, so last weekend we met this guy and he seemed pretty cool. So one of my friends gave him her cell number. Then he got to be extremely annoying and wouldn't leave us alone. He asked me out, I refused, but he was still all over me. We (me and two friends) later went to the friend's house who had given him her number, and talked to some guys (neighbors) down the street who knew him. They said he thought he could get any girl, that he would harrass you until you accepted, then would annoy you to death, and that he just wanted chicks for sex.
At school, he always tries to find me and the friend at break. We avoid him like the plague, but yet he will NOT leave us alone. This is getting really scary for us, because we think he may force this on us if we don't give in. We're freshmen in high school, and he is a year younger (8th grade is h/s where we go).
Please help us! We are so annoyed and kind of creeped out! <3

yes, at this point it is harrasment, regardless of how he feels. You need to atleast go to the school principle, a teacher or councelor, and possibly if they don't do aynthing, the police. This guy is dangerous and a control freak, and possibly a sexual intimidator to get what he wants. For now though if he confronts you, tell him "Me (and my friend) don't want to talk to you anymore, leave us alone" and yell it if you have too, and then walk away. and with the cell phone he has your # so i would look into getting it changed, or just let it ring and check your messages and call the people back that you want to talk too...good luck

Well i took the time to read it, and it seems to me that for the most part, mark has forgiven you. Over time, you two should be fine; a three year relationship shouldn't decay that quickly. Also, you've probably already put this point out, but tell him that at the time, when your hormones are kicking, it's so tempting just to get into it. He's a guy! I'm sure he can related to hormones. And make sure that he really knows that it was meaningless. And tell mark that in your head, he will still be the first one no matter what happened with joe. And tell mark that the events in the past are DONE, Joe is just trying to bring them back so he can lure you away from mark. And as far as Joe goes; if he ever comes between you two again, tell him that there's no chance of you doing anything with him; and if he really cared about you, he would leave you alone so that you and mark can be happy and move on. One last thing, don't bring the subject up unannounced. I know you feel bad, but he doesn't want to keep hearing you say sorry because that just puts the thought back in his head. Unless you feel the need to, or he is already talking about it, i wouldn't bring the subject up again. The kind actions, however, those are very sweet. Anything you can do to show your love for him further, do. Overall, you're not gonna lose your boyfriend, you're just gonna have to ride this one out

Wow he's younger and harrases people?! That's just sick. You should just slap him or ignore his direction, yet I believe you've done that already. Well you can tell the teacher that this brat is following you because they'll know how to straighten it out. Were aware not to give phone #s to random guys in the first place? Well just get permission from teachers to smack him or anything. Stand up and dont let him see how afraid you are, avoiding is the thing that keeps him in following you. Hope you get this psycho leave.

Tell a teacher or principal. If not that then warn him and if he doesn't take you seriously kick him in the balls. Record the conversations he has with you first so you have proof of what he says and does.
In 8th grade there was a guy who wouldn't leave me alone. He grabbed my croch and that threw me over the edge and I tried to kick the **** outta him and ended up chasing him. Teacher stopped us and saw how pissed I was and he actually gave me permission to kick him while he was holding him there. It was great.

You and your friend should let the school counsellor know.
Tell him to back off and that you've told people about him and that if it goes any further you'll get him into heaps of trouble.
Then if he keeps being a pest, go back and tell the school counsellor again. He should get hauled over the coals.

Tell the school. or Humiliate him real bad in front of a big crowd. Either solution will set his balls on ice.
