I understand that most females, including my g/f, love romance, but I am somewhat not a romantic guy. : ( I need help. Please suggest some ideas including gift ideas. I want to surprise her this time. I want to do something romantic for her birthday this Friday (April 6) but too stupid to think. Here I am, seeking for help from you gals (because females understand females better right? don't know, I think so). Thanks very much.. I'm almost 26. She turns into 24 (Year of Hog) :) lol but she does not look like it (don't tell her ok j/k) She weighs only about 95 to 100 lbs. You can tell, we're asian.

nice romantic dinner at a place that doesnt have a "to-go" counter, maybe downtown perhaps. find out some kind of attraction in your city, that you know neither of you have gone to. some place that say open late at night, and go to that. my fiance say that she had the best valentine's night when i planned everything.

valentine's/bday/anniversary--- it's all the same...you gotta plan something great!

my date consisted of:

bringing roses and chocolate and a small stuffed animal. yeah, it's cliche, but girls still like that. (dont forget a card!)

a quiet romantic dinner at the best french restaurant in my town of houston, "Chez Nous" with a glass of wine.

a drive to the Downtown Aquarium... it was around 10pm, so we rode the ferris wheel and could see the night lights and also the little trolley, she said she loved that.

and then we drove a little further away to an open field thats lighted up at night and has an amazing waterfall that encircles you. where we held each other and kissed for a loooong time!

then we went back to my place for some more wine, and one of her favorite movies. we sat on the couch and never got past the opening credits.... yes.... an excellent night!

hope that helped!!!!!

A nice home cooked candlelit dinner, some rented movies and a quiet night in is romantic. If you can't cook maybe you could order some good take out before hand and put it on real plates and still have a candlelit dinner. Do you have your own place if so you could run her a hot bubble bath after dinner. Flowers are alway nice too.

Hope that helps, good luck.

Okay, here's what my husband planned without my knowledge for our wedding anniveraary.

He made reservations at a historic bed & breakfast right here in our city...we didn't have to travel out of town. He planned dinner at my favorite restaurant, which was in walking distance of our hotel. Then, when dinner was over we walked out of the restaurant and there was a horse-drawn carriage waiting to take us on a tour-complete with champagne and roses!

He isn't very romantic either, but he did all of that on his own!

Good luck-it sounds like you love your girlfriend very much!

at first I might desire to declare I envy your gf and that i prefer I had a guy such as you. As for telling her how lots she ability to you, only tutor her. by acknowleging the anniversary and doing each thing specific like getting her plant existence, and her popular singer is exhibiting her. by listening to precise issues that are important to her, or listeing to little info that she thinks you wont remember is the variety you tutor her you love her. putting her on a pedistal, telling her how specific and critical she is to you. If she is conscious which you love her and worship her, then there is not any longer something extra to do. Do what you generally do, take care of her to suprises each each so oftentimes. only save proving to her that she is your existence and he or she'll be attentive to. reliable success on the notion!!

Take her for a hot air balloon ride.

Take her out for a nice dinner ... some place overlooking the water. Have a walk afterwards. Give her jewellery.
