I think you get what you focus on most.
You wanted Cheesecake, you got cheesecake.
If what you focus on gives you gratification--then, only you have the right to determine if the experience was significant or insignificant.
Since you're unrepentant anyway, try to avoid doing anything adverse to your health.
Eat, drink, and be merry!
Most people are so bent about their very existence--at least you're enjoying yourself.

I'm going to give you a far worse punishment. I am going to send a 1960's style nun to your house, who will regulate your sinful diet, and make you exercise. If you disobey, or are too slow to respond to her directions............... crack! She'll smack you on your knuckles with a big wooden ruler.
I'll give you one last shot at redeption. Run down to the gym and workout every day this week. Otherwise, Sister Clarice is going to pay you a vist.
