the ones listed at Exodus 20 and Deuteronomy 5, or the ones listed at Exodus 34? Only the list at Exodus 34 is explicitly called the "Ten Commandments" in the biblical text.

Exodus 20. Chapter 34 is also valid. There is no part of God's word that is invalid.

I am an Atheist, but I do believe if you look in Exodus 20, you will see the ten commandments. It's easy to remember, because all you have to do is remember that they are in the book of exodus and that 10 doubled is 20 and then you have the list of the ten commandments. So there you go.

The answer, of course, is that most modern people have no idea what were the actual ten commandments. The reason is that they read one or another worthless translation into English, and have no context from which to understand what any of these translations might really mean. Have you read the originals, or do you rely on worthless translations into English?

The one where Commandment Ten is a prohibition against boiling a baby goat in its mother's milk.

Which, of course, I would never do.
