www.deviantart.com is very good and allows you to sell prints if you would like. although, it is a public site.. whether thats good or bad you choose.

The portfolio is for photos that you took or photos of you?
Look up Stock Xchnge. Its amazing.

a photo shop at your closest mall can do it. if you're half as beautiful as your avatar you will go far in life. good luck beautiful!
