Overreacting to what? Here's what an affirmative answer might be
(a) Closet homosexuality
(b) Williness to sell your body for sexual favors -- i.e. lack of self-respect
(c) Greed.
It may be, but is not likely (a), because guys can be secure in their sexuality and just "take it like a man," especially if you're just talking about a sex act for money. What a strange double standard we have in this country -- women are encouraged to explore sexuality with other women. And women who have kissed a girl (or more) are still considered straight (and oftentimes more desired by men), so long as they don't regularly do those acts (and so long as they still "look" like women). But anyway, most guys (who are honest) can get past the idea of "doing something gay" especially if it's for money.
(I like the guy who says your boyfriend is "a closet homo". Does a guy who takes a dare to streak through down become a "closet nudist"? Does a guy who takes a bet to eat 100 hot dogs become a guy with a "closeted eating disorder"? Does a guy who takes a bet to had a baby crocodile bite on his nipple become a "closet sadist"? Naw, they're just guys who are willing to do stupid crap to prove that they've got the guts to do something unpleasant.)
(b) Doing such a sex act, though, does show that the person is willing to demean himself quite a bit. This is the same as just asking any person whether they will prostitute themselves for a sum of money. Body integrity, reputation, personal image are all implicated. Maybe you don't care, or maybe that's worrisome to you.
(c)Maybe you're just worried because your guy will do anything for a million bucks. It shows he's greedy. What else will he do for money? Sell you out? That could be a concern, too.
If you're reacting to (a), I'd say don't worry, get over it. If you're reacting to (b) or (c), I'd say that that's just something to considerwhen chosing your partner -- exactly what his values and priorities are.
(My answer -- I don't know. Not because it's a guy, but because it's prostitution. See the movie "An Indecent Proposal." Same issues go on in my head. )

I wouldn't sleep with an other guy for 10 billion dollars (and I realize very well what 10 billion dollars mean).

Sorry, but my character, dignity, and self-respect is NOT FOR SALE.
I know America believes that everything is for sale, but I refuse to be someone's physical pin cushion just for money.
I am priceless.
And further, if I sleep with a dude for a $1,000,000 -- the only difference between me and a male escort is that i am a RICH male escort.
Hellll to the nawl!!!

Sahara,
Money is NOT my god. The only person who sees me naked is my wife. I haven't been to a doctor in ages and it would have to be a potentially serious health issue for him to see all of me.
Whether it is sharing a bed or sharing bodily fluids, this handsome stud is NOT for sale, NOT for lease, NOT for rent, NOT on loan. Eat your hearts out, only my wife gets "any" from me.
I'm in college, in debt, and I would not do it.
