yes in the uk off sales are permitted 8am to 11pm from monday to saturday, as bank holidays are nearly always on a monday then it is allowed on easter monday. however good friday is a religious holiday so sunday hours will apply, these are 10am to 10.30pm.

Depends on what state you live in. In CA you can buy after 6 a.m. any day of the week regardless of holiday. In IA it was 6 a.m. except for Sundays when it was 8 a.m. States make up their own rules.

In Texas the rule is no hard liquor sales after 9pm. And no alcohol sales from 12:00am-12:00pm on Sundays and liquor stores are closed on Sundays.

Yes, but most of them won't open til 10 anyway as they will be Sunday hours.
Suggest you stock up on Sunday, then you won't have to go out!!
