I am getting married on Saturday and need to know how much champagne to buy for one toast. So if there are 60oz in 1.5 liter bottle of champagne, how many ounces are in a simple champagne glass?

A usual glass is a couple of ounce no more than 4 oz glass. Check with caterer on what size glasses they are providing as glasses are much more extravagant now a days.

A professional pour will be about 3-4 oz. Even though it's a 6-8 oz. flute. Of course, it depends on who's pouring.
