Skip the games, the money dance is fun and a good way to get a few extra bucks for honeymoon cash but other than that NO. I am a wedding photographer and I have yet to see any widespread envolvement in reception games. It might be a good idea to have a game available for the children (paper and colors in a bag and have a contest for who draws the best picture of the couple) but the adults can play adult games:eating, drinking, talking and dancing.
Congrats on your wedding!

Games are not played at receptions. They are for dinner and dancing.

Pin the money on teh bride/ groom; also the money dance is popular...if you are going to honestly have games, though, be aware that a lot of people probably will lose interest pretty fast.

I just went to a wedding recepetion that had games, and to be honest, it was boring. I lost intrest, and everyone at my table did as well. Unless you are going to have microphones so everyone can hear, and a really good game.
