I notice that my potbelly is getting bigger and I cannot afford it. It disturb me and let me have looser pants and a disgusted form in my shirts. I am like a 4-month pregnant. What should I eat to get rid of that potbelly? I have a car and I don't walk or practice sport due to being busy all the day at my job. My potbelly is destroying my whole form and I want to go back with no potbelly. Please, advice me.

You'd be shocked at how lil time it takes to get a workout each day. there are several 8 min workout plans. Or walk on your lunch break.

My simple suggestions to get rid of extra belly is
1) give up all alcohol. most alcoholic beverages have more calories than a fast food burger with cheese. beer also dehydrates you which also causes your metabolism to decrease.

2) give up all fast food. do not go out for lunch. pack your lunch. do not give in to fast food. people think it is quicker while they are on the way to work to pick up breakfast, pick up lunch, but there are tons of healthy alternatives out there now. If you don't want to wake up the extra couple minutes to eat a real breakfast, consider the low-cal fruit filled bars.

3) reduce your caffeine intact. if you can, give up all sodas. I would be unable to do that b/c I need some caffeine but if you drink 2 glasses of coffee in the morning, 2 sodas during the day--thats robbing your body of a lot of nutrients. Consider replacing one coffee and one soda with water instead.

Just those couple changes will probably reduce your caloric intact by 150 per each beer a week (so if you have 5 a week, thats 750), breakfast at fast food can be any range from 600-1000 (but if we average x 5 days thats 4000 cal a week) and lunch too can be anywhere on the charts (but for comparison sake 600 cal burger x 5=3000). Those simple lil things I just suggested can take 7,750 calories EACH WEEK out of your diet.

If you still feel you'd like an additional suggestion, take out all sugary desserts. Replace with a single hershey kiss. You can still get the sweet taste and curbs desire for dessert. Or frozen fruit. while saving your body all those calories.

Stop eating calories your body doesnt need. There is no food out there that will get rid of that belly - you need to decrease the food you eat, and increase your activity level.

Start parking at the end of the parking lot instead of the closest spot to the door. Walk around on your breaks, stand instead of sit whenever you can, maybe go for a light walk after work to relax (dont go straight for the couch). Do some house/yard work (even if its the dishes, dusting, laundry, working on the car).
