Last weekend. Price of cattle like it is, it was better for us to butcher one and keep the meat for ourselves. Gave almost a hundred pounds to the food bank and some prime cuts to the nearest neighbors.

Last summer.
Here's a good marinade for steak. Whisk together a cup of zesty Italian dressing with two tablespoons of a good steak sauce, then marinate overnight or at least 4 hours and grill - fabulous!

yes, three weeks ago.....it was a bone-in ribeye steak and was cooked to perfefction (medium well) with grilled onions...and I had to share it with my greedy little 3-year old daughter who stopped eating her chicken nuggets to have some.....she ate more than me.......lol! now, i'm trying to catch them on sale again so i can re-live the experience...alone! lol

About six nights ago, marinated it for about 2 hours, grilled it, and served with some sauteed mushrooms and onions, can't be beat...
