You can expect to lose fat all over your body during a diet & exercise program, including your breasts and your behind. The thing to do is to build up the muscles in those areas. Focus on developing your pectoral muscles, the ones on your chest under your breasts, so that even though your breasts will be smaller, the enlarged muscles will push them out a bit more, decreasing the apparent loss. You can use small dumbbells, resistance bands, or isometrics to build up the pecs. (There are several muscles, so make sure you work them evenly, by changing the direction of motion and/or pull.) As for your behind, you will notice that dancers and figure skaters have good-looking rear ends, so you need to do the same kind of exercises they do. I would strongly recommend getting a book with muscle-building exercises to determine the best ones to use.

Nothing you really can do. When I gain weight, the first place it shows is my breasts. Same for when I lose it, breast size goes down. I don't think there is anything you can do. Your body has to be proportionate. You can't have a very small waist, and very large breasts.

There's nothing you can do about loosing your chest, we all have to deal with that, although, you can do exercises that work the musceles under them to make them more "perky". For your booty, though, you can do squats & lunges (perferebly with weights) to make it more round & perky ...... plus, it will look great at the beach to have a booty that you can bounch a quarter off of. Besides the squats & lunges, I also take 2 stairs at a time, when walking up a flight of stairs....which really helps as well.

your breasts should stay the same no matter what. the rest of your body will lose where it will lose. just don't do exercises that target that area.

i think you would loose weight in your brest and booty because look at linsey lohan there were pics of her when she was real skinny and her chest was small......
