I don't know about vitamins working as an appetite stimulant, but a good supplementary is pedia sure. You wil know that he is getting all the vitamins he needs and it can help him gain weight. You might ask your doctor. When my daughter was younger she didn't eat well and her doctor prescribed some allergy medicine that had a side affect of stimulating appetite. He said people don't really use it as an allergy medicine any more because it increases appetite, but lots of times they will prescribe it to stimulate appetite.
