Had you provided your age and a brief description of your family, forum could have proved a great help. Next time please provide an example also whenever asking a Q with emotional attachment.
Meantime, all I can say is try to realise why it led to this. Normally, parents do love their children and their only motive is the utmost benefit of their children. Parents are the only beings that give us love unconditionally.
Try to look inwards, what did you do after which their behaviour changed.
If your parents are an exception, you are well - right to hate them.
Otherwise, they may be strict but if you try to win their confidence, you'll see a new change in their behaviour. Sometimes, parents do want to impose themselves on children to fulfil their expectations and once that seems to fade away they turn harsh.
What I mean to say is try to look at the other side and you may find an altogether different perspective. If you do, your relationship will really be renewed.
Good luck!

Your feelings are normal- you hate them now- when you become a parent you will understand many things and your hate will turn into love & regret- regret because of the time lost in all that hate you feel now. So don't waste precious time hating- life is too short- learn to love your parents and let them in so they can keep on showing their love. Because We parents love our children, some times this love is wrongly understood. :-)

You should elaborate on why you hate them. Some people hate their parents justly, because their parents mistreated them for a long time and don't deserve the love.
Others are just petty, and hate their parents because they won't do what they want.
Others still are the problem themselves, they don't really hate their parents, they just hate.

If you hate them...there must be a good reason behind it. Because no one can hate anyone without a reason..it's just not human nature. If you give us the reasons....perhaps we can help you out better.
