if today is april 3rd and i really want to loose weight, but still be in shape what do i do, and how much, the reason why i ask is because april 21st is the day of my prom. i feel i have gained weight since i bought my dress and i just wanna beable to still fit into it, without looking like i'm suffocating.

I currently weigh about 130-135, and my height is 5'0 even.

Commit yourself completely to a diet and exercise program!! It really sounds like it would be hard but once you really start exercising and dieting you lose a lot of water weight. You wouldn't lose so much that you lose anorexic, because your body will stop when it knows you are at a healthy weight.
Just make smart choices. Get a lot of sleep, ten minutes on the eliptical every other day (don't push yourself! just every other day) in the morning, eat a big breakfast, a small lunch, and a medium sized dinner.
no fast food and no dessert until the 21st.
the prom is less than three weeks away, so get to it! It is really so simple and you will feel so good about yourself. Not just because you'll look great in your dress, but cuz you overcame something you didn't think you could.

Simple! don't drink anything carbinated AT ALL..the carbination will push your stomach forward. You can actually loose one dress size in 1 to 2 weeks just by your stomach passing all the gas intake for the carbination

Buy a calorie counter watch.

3,500 calories burned equals one pound
Keep your food intake to 1,200
Add both numbers and you have your total calories needed to burn each day of the week.

It really doesn't take much. If you change your view on how to loose weight its alot easier when you are looking at numbers instead of miles.

I went from 168 to 127 using this plan.

Lean Cusine meals are a great source while doing this..their prepackaged meals are sooo good and they are approx. 180 to 380 per box so you can eat like 5 of them a day and still be under your intake level. Dont' forget..Water!!!

watch what you eat, drink lots of water, and exercise every day. with only 2 weeks, you won't lose a lot. try on your dress to see if it still fits. then you'll have a better idea of how much, if any, you need to lose. have a great prom!

I wouldnt stress about loosing weight. Just get a new dress one week prior to prom and not worry about it. Worrying about weight loss creates more stress then its actually worth.

there is an electrical belt which will reduce 25 kg per week [if used regularly]. till you get it;do perfect exercises.
