I have my wiccan dedication coming up and the 29 is a Mars-Uranus conjunction so i definetly wont do it that day, but is the 30th a good day astrology wise.

I don't know where you live to be able to help you in detail, but the moon will be in the waxing gibbous phase on that day in the sign of Virgo.
It will not be void on that day either.
There's a really cool (and free) program you can get at the following site which can give you the phase of the moon and other good information. It's called Lunabar:

As far as the moon on that day, it should be waxing..
There's a great little program called Lunabar (not the food lol) that sits on your systray down by where the clock is on your computer that gives you all kinds of information on the moon and sun cycles. :)
I looked up one link for it and put it below. Unfortunantly, if this doesn't work, just Google for Lunabar. You'll have to weed through a lot of sites about the protein bar for women by the same name, but there are sites out there that will let you DL it.

The next full moon is Wednesday, May 2, at 10:09 UT.
On the 30th it will be waxing gibbous with 97% of the Moon's visible disk illuminated.
