It sounds like RLS or restless leg syndrome. Your Dr. can give you something to help settle them down. I take lyrica. Took requip for a couple of weeks but the side effects were not worth it. Check with your Dr. to see what they recommend. Also, heat heating pad or soaking in a really hot bath can re-leave the symptoms.

This is Restless Leg Syndrome. Be sure you get enough potassium each day. There is medication available by prescription but I have chosen to not use it. When I have RLS at night I rub my legs with apple cider vinegar and it quiets them down so I can sleep. I also use this remedy for charley horses and so far it has worked every time.

Restless Leg Syndrome.
I've had that same problem for years. Sometimes no matter how tired I am, it keeps me up and I feel like I need to get up and move.
There is treatment for it, so check with your doctor for more information. Or visit:

Definately RLS. Try taking calcium and potassium vitamins,if that doesn't help see a doctor and they could prescribe you the drug Requip.Try eating a banana every day too. They are packed with potassium and it fixed my BF's RLS.Hope you rest easy soon.
