I'll admit that I don't know about the youngest father, but the youngest mother in the world was named Lina Medina. Believe it or not, she was five years old when she gave birth to a boy. The youngest mom was 5 and she was from Peru, the father was 9, but it was not with the peruvian girl.

my brother was 14 and his girfriend was 15 I know this is not the youngest but it is still to young
