Not on its own - but yes. I've been taking Flintstone's vitamins for roughly 19 years now. My doctor was actually happy when my answer was Flintstone's (to what vitamins I took).
Flintstone's complete have 100% of a lot of important vitamins. Remember though, its better to get vitamins from natural sources, so make sure you are eating healthy as well.

Well, Flintstones vitamins are specifically formulated for children. Their nutritional needs are different than the nutritional needs of adults.
Don't get me wrong, they're still better than nothing, but they aren't exactly the most effective vitamin supplement for adults.
There are also several aspects to a healthy lifestyle. If you chase your Flintstone vitamin with beer and a very greasy cheeseburger, and smoke after dinner, no, vitamins (even really good ones) aren't going to help you all that much in your desire to stay healthy.

When my kids were young , I read about a study in a mag at the medical clinc. They had mentioned Flintstome multiple vits. The results were ' they wouldn't hurt and could help' . I quit using them. As long as you eat good and healthy food, your body doesn't need them, I found that taking drugs , vitamines, suplaments, and herbal remedies, not medically required is a waste.Too bad I didn't learn that early enough to do me smoe good.

I stopped giving vitamin supplements to my precious little girl. I basically turned my whole family's life around and we all eat a well balanced diet. We all lost extra fat and have more energy throughout the day.

For adults? No. They are formulated for the needs of children.
Also you still need to eat right and exercise to stay healthy, not just take a vitamin.

No. Eat a balanced nutritional diet and you will not need vitamins. Vitamins by themselves cannot keep you healthy.
