I work and live in different states. these states have a tax reciprocity. Which state do I need to file with. (Living state, working state, or both)?

If both states have a full reciprocity agreemnt, you only need to file in your home state. PA and NJ are a good example of this.

Both. You'll get credit on one of the state returns for taxes paid in the other state.
