Have a sitz bath! Get some epsom salts ok? Toss a big handful of epsom salts into a hot bath, stir them around and make sure they have dissolved then get into the tub, my dear. Soak twice a day for a minimum of 15 minutes per soak. I suggest reading so the 15 minutes passes more quickly. Do that for a week, and they should go away. If after a week of twice a day sitz baths your rear end is no better, get to the doctor of your choice but I would recommend a Dermatologist. They are the skin specialists.

Ouch - poor you!!! Try taking regular baths instead of showering all the time and add a few handfuls of salt to the water. Don't use perfumed bath products and lotions as these could irritate your skin even further. When you are free from boils, I'd recommend exfoliating the area regularly with a loofah or some type of scrub to remove dead skin cells and help reduce ingrown hairs which can get infected and cause boils. I have sympathy for you as not only is it an embarrassing area to show to a doctor, its also a very painful one for sitting on it and the close proximity of clothing to it. I dont know what tablets you have had but perhaps an antibiotic would help - good luck !!

Never use creams on the boils it will just make them last longer. Every night you should take a hot bath using 2c. of Epsom salts, which will help draw the poisons out of the boil. after the bath use "Sea Breeze astringent for oily skin" and apply with a cotton pad, let the cotton pad stay on for 15 minutes. This will make the boil disappear very quickly. the Sea breeze can be found online at drugstore.com

It's probably best to see a doctor - the boils may need lancing (piercing and draining) to get rid of them. I know it may be embarrasing, but in the long run it'll be better. Pressure from sitting on boils can cause further damage to your skin - so get them sorted!

Candida infection suspected. Apply anti-fungal ointment. Wash your undergarments in boiling water and dry them in hot sun shine. Also consult a dermatologist.

Try tea tree oil. It has antiseptic, antiviral and antibacterial properties. It can be purchased in most health stores/ pharmacies. Please note the purity level: the purer it is, the greater the effectiveness.
Place a drop or two on the affected site before you sleep. It will get better.
