it's normal because in French it doesn't mean anything !!! the real sentence is not this one : "avec vous bien envoi le coli" but this one is correct :" Avez-vous bien envoyé le coli ? " = mean in English = have you sent the parcel ? !!!

Translation programs are notoriously bad, but you might at least give them a chance. The French as you have written it makes no sense whatsoever.
