SOCIALIZING = take him around people / traffic / kids
POTTY TRAINING
Take him out as soon as he wakes up
Take him out as soon as he drinks water
Take him out as soon as he eats
Take him out as soon as he has played 10-15 mins
If this does not work then you will have to keep him on a leash attached to you so you can see the signs and take him out... this way takes about a week.

Well, there are some people who live's in egypt too right? Dogs can be socialed in people's, not only dogs.I suggest you always take him out for a walk everyday in every morning.Talk to some people and intruduce to them your pet. That way, your pet will get socialized with other people. And potty trainning, teach him to pee only in the right place. When he pee's in the wrong pklace, say to him "bad dog, bad dog!" that way, he'll know that he was wrong. If he pee's in the right place, tell him "Good, dog, that's a good dog!" then give him a pet treat. That way, he'll know that what he did was right.Do this everyday and your pet will be potty trained (that's what I actually did to potty train my dog actually).

Your puppy has a reduced fear of unfamiliar situations during the first five months of its life. Expose it to as many different situations as possible and work on it everyday during those first few months.
Encourage people to pet and interact with your puppy. It is always helpful to have treats with you so the dog recognizes interacting with people as a pleasurable experience.
Potty training is fairly simple- take the puppy outside after meals and any time it indicates it might have to go outside.
You'll also want to teach your puppy to allow you to trim its nails and brush its teeth. Crate training is also something to consider and will help you with potty training.

If you just take him out into the world, I believe you are socializing him. If he experiences different things, then when he does see another dog it won't be traumatic. If he is used to seeing new things, a dog wouldn't be any different.
When trying to housebreak a puppy it is best to take them outside about 15-20 minutes after they eat. Take them outside after they wake up. Always watch them in the house. You can't give them a moment of privacy because you have to be able to catch them in the act in order to correct and take them outside. Most importantly give LOTS of praise when they go potty outside. They will get the hang of it.
Good luck!!!

haha i had to oppisite issue new cat, previous dogs. the first aspect that happen became the dogs sniffed the cat and the cat freaked out. yet, carry the cat and attempt to frivolously carry the dogs over to the cat and let them only sit down there for a lengthy time period. ultimately they're going to get use to one yet another. notwithstanding it may takes months so be affected man or woman
