I'have read in an operational manual of a snap fastener fastening machine:

"please, TRUN the eccentric bar to make the uperr finger moving..."

Is there such word in English as TRUN?

I'm sure it should be "turn." If you've copied this correctly, there is another error in "uperr," which should be "upper," so it wouldn't be surprising that there was more than one mistake.
