You don't get a salary you get payed per fight. It all depends on who you are, where your at in your career, and who you're fighting, and how good a job the promoters do and your managers. Theres alot of varibales involved in the purse that a fighter recieves. Amatures hardly get paid. When starting out in the professionals the pay is usually in the low thousands or sometimes you even get paid per round. If you become a star or a contender you start getting paid more and when you have superfights it can get in the $1-30 millions.

There is no easy answer to that. Unless you are a well known top fighter you won't make much at all. It all depends on the purse of the promoter wants to pay you. If you are a star the promoters will pay well. If you are just a journeyman maybe $5000 a fight.

When you first start you make $100 a fight. Once you begin your second year you start making $500 a fight. If you can make it to a championship fight you will make $10,000!

Also you get health insurance and 401K if you survive the 5 year probationary period. The best benefit is free dental and vision.

Not enough, look at Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Leonard, even with that look at Mike Tyson there is no amount of money that's enough for the long term battle.
