People don't become angels, that would be like a turtle becoming an ox.

Greetings,
I am sorry to hear of your sister's passing. It is most difficult to lose a loved one.
On a more spiritual note, the person who has left the earthly body is not always the one needing the prayers. In many cases, is it the loved left behind that need the prayerful energy. I feel she doesn't need help as those that have recently passed often gain a greater clarity and lightness of being. I would recommend prayer for healing, understanding and acceptance for yourself..which in turn helps your sister on the other side for she doesn't like to see you sad. As far as special prayers are concerned, any prayer said with your heart works beautifully. Talking with your sister in your heart will help her to help You. She is not gone by any means, she has just transitioned. She is with you because of your love. For your healing, ask her for a dream to let you know she is truly doing well.
I will also add your prayer request to my prayer and healing list.
Blessings and Hugs,
StarStuffs

She does not become an angel. If she was not saved, and did not have a relationship with God/Jesus, there is nothing that you can do or pray that will get her to heaven. It is in her own walk, and salvation that she gets there. Nobody else can do it for you. I am sorry for your loss, and you will be in our prayers.
I feel for you, I had so many thoughts about my own father when he passed, knowing that he did not lead a Christan life, He did not go to church, nor was he a good Christan father to his children. ( My grandparents raised us). I know that as a young boy he was taken to church and raised in a Christan home. If there ever was a once saved always Saved, I hoped it to true for the sake of his spirit. But my own personal belief was different from that. It was a wake- up call to myself. That I did not need to let it sit on the back burner anymore while I was living my life. I decided that it was time to get my own life in order, and live according to how I believe the Lord wants me to live. You are never promised tomorrow. I cannot turn back time, but I do have time to change my ways, I do not want my own children left with the sadness and questions I had. I had to deal in my own heart, that my father may not have gone to heaven, and to think about a loved one in hell, is a scary thought.

I am sorry for your loss. It is indeed not accurate to say that people become angels. You do need prayers.
Dear Lord console this person, and help them to know your love more fully.

in Islam when someone die n u keep praying to him a lot everyday, good erase his sins n forgive him...cuz when we die the only way to reduce our sins is the prayers of someone alive... if ur sister is young, i mean a baby sister, she'll become an angel to heaven...GOD bless her

We dont become angels. Angels where created by God. I am sorry to hear about the death of your sister. If your sister was saved she is in Heaven, and if she wasnt she is in hell.

She is already an angel...
...but always keep praying and keep her love and spirit in your heart, and she will always be with you.
