Best pasta dish recipe right here-I make this all the time, hope you like it-

Creamy Garlic Penne
1 (1 lb) box penne or penne rigate, cooked as directed, drained and kept hot
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup chicken broth or beef broth
3/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons parsley flakes
salt and pepper, to taste
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Melt butter and add garlic in a medium sauce pan.
Cook over medium for 1 minute.
Add flour and cook 1 minute, stirring contantly.
Stir in broth and milk and cook, stirring frequently, until sauce boils and thickens.
Add parsley, salt, pepper and cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Toss hot pasta with sauce and serve immediately.
Of course, you can add anything you want to this such as chicken or shrimp, but it is also great on its own!

Vegeterian pasta

put little oil in a deep pan
onions
start frying
put any vegetables you find in the fridge -
carrots
cellery
crujet
orbegin?
potatoe

after onions are fried a little with the oil, put all those veges together and stir a little bit. Put 1 or 2 tomato ready pure, put salt pepper, put chicken cube, stir all together, close it and let it cook until all the tomato sauce has evaporated.

Open, and see all mixed and tasted together.

While doing that, boil your pasta, and after all this done, put your pasta in your plate, put the sauce together, and find graded cheese on top. then surve with one or two parceley on top like design.

If you are a diet freak, do brown pasta, and avoid doing the potatoes with the other veges since pasta and potatoes may not be good togehter, since they are both on the carbo family.

good luck,

White sauce good for pasta, veggies(creame peas or corn-but need to change amount of cheese and omitt some ingredients) Its best to play around with it and you'll get an idea on how to make it work for you.

I prefer Chicken with ths recipie but you can use pork as well or as a sauce for some beef dishes.

1/2-cup of butter or margirine
1-3 tbs of flour
1 1/2-2 cps of milk(depending on thickness can add more or less, 2cps is a good start usually.
1 Herb creame cheese tub
1/2 cp of shredded freash pram. cheese
salt&pepper to taste
green onions for garnish chopped

First melt butter. Once melted in pot(low-med heat or it will burn) sprinkle in flour one tbs at a time, stirring constantly with a fork in whisk like motions. Once flour has been added and mixed throughly with butter slowly start adding milk combining it with the butter/flour mixture. KEEP STIRING at all times. Once the 2cps are added go ahead and put in the creame cheese. Stir until melted. Add parm cheese, again stir and make sure you are hitting the sides and bottom real good. If its too thick add some milk a bit at a time to dilute it . The secreat is always keep heat low and stir the crap out of it If its not thick enough pour about 1/2cp of milk into a bowl and mix a bit of flour in it and than add to sauce.

Pour over chicken breast and pasta.

For veggies omitt the parm and creame cheese. Add cheddar or colby cheese. Add peas(frozen)cook for a bit on low-med stirring constantly. Same for corn but less cheese if any and use about 1cp of butter, 1 1/2 cp of milk and 3tbs of flour.

Can be used as a hash brown potatoe cassorole ingredient too. Follow veggie recipie, add 1cp of colby or chedder cheese, cream of chicken soup(1 can) and chopped onions, mix with pakage of hash browns. Put in oven covered for 30min at 350, remove cover cook for another 15-20min(until brown on top)
