im 5,0 and i wieigh 117.8 0 how can i get into shpe or am i already everyone makes fun of me and i cant take it anymore

the average weight of a person 5 feet tall is 95 pounds. To lose weight wear alot of cloths and run for an hour or so. dont drink pop drink water. Also doing sit ups, crunchs work alot as well

There is so much hype about losing weight that even the skinniest person is concerned. I believe that being in good shape and healthy is way more important. You don't sound fat to me, so just be concerned with getting healthy.
So if being healthy means cutting the grease of a cheeseburger out of your diet, then think of how much weight could come off just by cutting out a certain food!

By the sounds of it, I dont think so. You probably feel a bit over weight for your height but put a 30 minute walk into your day and dont eat after 6pm.

My daughter is 5.0 and 98 lbs, so I would say you're not fat. Excercise never hurts. If you feel fat, walk more, ride a bike. Just don't get crazy, it's not major.

That ain't fat girl! You must be around the wronge people! Just start doin crunches and if you have a bike use it! That'll help alot!

wow, people make fun of you? sorry, hon, thats awful. kids can be jerks.
in high school i was 5'7 and weighed 118 and everyone said i was too skinny - it's personal taste - i bet you are beautiful to many people just the way you are.
dont give them a thought.

If you were actually fat people would be too embarassed to mention it.
At 5 foot your ideal weight is 100lbs though. cut back on the crap and you'll be fine.

you're easily no longer fat. your associates are probable merely jealous. both way, you're 13! do not complication about it. devour what you want, and experience being youthful, it would not very last perpetually.

u r not fat at all accroding to ur bmi u r weight is normal but if u wanna loose weight then i advice u to do so.
