From a bottle of V8: Tomato juice & the juices of carrots, celery, beets, parsley, lettuce, watercress and spinach. Along with some other stuff like salt & citric acid.

V-8 is 8 different vegetables mixed together. It tastes like a very spicy tomato juice and I like it and it's good for you.
