Tonight I was at a Dairy Queen with my 17 year old daugter, As we we're sitting at the drive-thru waiting for the next car to pull up, I noticed there was a man pee-ing on the side of the building of the Albertsons Store, There he was in veiw of also the people inside D.Q. dinning inside..He was more the capable of using the D.Q. restrooms or even walk 100 feet to the entrance of the Albertsons Store and use their restrooms. To say the least I was quite upset with seeing this @ 9pm this evening and I yelled at this person, to go use the proper restrooms available, I also called him a freak, I wanted to say more, but my daugther was having a fit in the car, telling me that I enbarrassed her...I became upset because..I am tried of seeing things go on that are disquesting and rude and nobody says nothing! I am a 50 yr old woman and I would have beat the **** out of him if he came over to the car, Remember this was well lighted area! Was I wrong for saying something??

This person was with two people and they walked out of D.Q. Both people w/him walked away from him and he stood there and un-zipped his pants, if he had tried to hide himself just alittle bit, I wouldn't have said any thing. He just walked out the door walked across the sidewalk up to the other sidewalk and pissed, nothing blocking him what so ever, it would have taken him 2 min. to go inside Albertson and used their restroom, which I have used myself many times..D.Q. is ran buy a bunch of kids..There is no problem with useing their Restrooms. If the man, I would say he was about 17 to 21 years old . This person was clearly capable of a clear mind.. He was just showing off in front of his friends and being a A**Hole.

I can appreciate your disgust, but don't waste your time getting angry and shouting at him. You never know what he could have been capable of doing whether in a well lit area or not. Never hit a minor, it will turn against you.

This is not the first time, nor will it be the last that people will urinate in public. Pity you didn't know who it was, would have been nice to say in public "Oh, its the urinator, pissing against a building like a dog".

Your daughter will get over it. She is a teen full of hormones and anything you say/do will embarrass her anyway.

You weren't wrong for being upset. I don't think screaming at him was a good idea either (would have embarrassed me too). All you did was draw more attention to what he was doing. Calling the police would have been a good idea. Distracting your child's attention, so she didn't witness this. Are you sure DQ would have welcomed him? Many places have a policy that only customers may use the restrooms. He may have been refused in the past. All this being said, in my opinion, yes you were wrong for yelling.

you were justified in being outraged - but you should have called the police, had the manager @ the DQ call the police, had everyone with a cell phone call the cops. Multiple calls will get some fast action.

You should have called the police and let them handle it. You have no idea what could've happened. This man could've been on drugs, drunk or a little insane and could've turned violent. You're very lucky nothing like that happened.

I probably would not have called him a freak, but no, I do not think you were wrong for pointing out his obviously improper behavior.
And of course your daughter is going to be horrified, she is at "that AGE" when her parents are an embarrassment to her. Don't worry, she will grow out of it. She'll be fun again when she's 25.

You were perfectly right, such people must be exposed and ridiculed. However, I would not have done it, I would have been afraid that he is demented, you never know.
