the best, easiest and cheapest solution to your problem is.....virtual numbers....their only about 3.00 a month and you can have several, area-codes, even from different countries....I have that...they all have a different ring-ton ...so you no which one to answer!!!

ps. I have a uniden, but it doesn't matter what phone U got!

If you just have two phone numbers, many 2-line phones are available, assuming you are referring to having multiple lines (a telephone cable/outlet for each phone number). There are also phones for four lines. Search www.froogle.com for "2 line phone" (or 4 line).

Another option is to install a PBX called Asterisk. The software is free, though it will likely require buying some hardware. This will allow one standard phone to access multiple lines and allow you to do very flexible things with your phone system. You can also obtain additional phone numbers that you can do special things with, have voicemail, use Internet phone services, and so forth. But it's not for the fainthearted; you'd have to be technically-inclined.

multiple phone lines can connect to a 2 or 4 line phone.

distinctive ringing will give you additional phone numbers on the same phone line

if you need more then 4 lines then the only soloution would be to get a phone system
