The second word should be "fortitudiNe" and the whole thing means "I have escaped (the) danger through strength/courage"

It's 'fortitudine' (not 'fortitudire') and it means
"I have escaped the danger by fortitude"

It is Latin and translates as "To have courage I avoid danger" 'Fortitudire' is spelt correctly - it is an infinitive
