Mashed potatoes (nuke in the microwave 3 minutes or until tender, then mash with a little milk -- season with salt and/or pepper if desired). Mashed sweet potatoes or pumpkin (same). Cooked green peas. Frozen green peas are fun, too.
Banana slices. Apple slices. Apple sauce. Any mashed fruit or fruit cut up into little bits.
Cheese and crackers. Sliced ham, cut into little bits.
Actually, at this age, you can probably feed her anything you eat, as long as it's mashed up or cut into small pieces. It is a good idea to introduce new foods one at a time to see if she's allergic, but if she clears it, it should be good.

She should be eating a wide range of healthy meals by now. Try spending half a day having a cook-a-thon then freezing in little tubs so there are always handy meals at hand. I do this about once a month and its totally worth it!
My son is 18 months and he has
Spahetti Bolognese
Cauliflour and Brocili with cheese sauce
Chicken, rice and veg
Sweet Potato and Mince
Homemade fish cakes
Homemade tomato soup
All frozen in handy pots to be defrosted when needed.
For main meals he usually has what we have unless we're eating really unhealthy then we'll give him a little of ours and a decent home made meal!

All white meat chicken nuggets are excellent. I still use them for my kids and they are 6 and 8. And they can be used for a few different meals. One box could last a month or more depending on how often you make food she can't eat. You take out what you need and wrap up the rest and leave them in the freezer. Also Mac and cheese made with real cheese not that processed stuff. Great source of calcium.

When my daughter was a toddler, she loved feta cheese cut into cubes and red peppers cut into strips. Spaghetti bolognese is good, and you can make up a big pot of the bolognese sauce and freeze it in portions. Serve all meals with a "baby salad" - some lettuce and cherry tomatoes, some peppers, yum! A little bit of ciabatta bread is good to chew on. Some slices of apple for dessert.
You should get an Annabel Karmel cookbook - great recipes, set out in age groups.
Happy cooking =)

My girls love bananas, apples (I would peel and cut them into wedges), oranges, (my youngest loves grapefruit). Buy fruit and then have it available. Also, I will make a large amount of spaghetti sauce (I make my own) and then when I need a quick meal I will reheat the sauce and make some type of pasta to go with it. I have a friend who makes meals for a month and freezes them. Then she just pops it into the oven to reheat when she has spent the day outside with the children. Also, feed your child what she will eat. I know that the food choices become boring, but your child is eating.

She can eat just about anything you make for yourself to eat. Now is a good time to give her what your eatting as well. By giving her the same variety your eatting she will have less of an issue eatting what your eatting as she gets older. It will be routine.
You can cut anything up into bite sized pieces.
My girls love different fruits.
Veggies that are cut and able to be dipped.
Crackers with cheeses, spreads.
Pasta's with different sauces.
Variety of meats, plain or with toppings.
Feeding a toddler can be a challange... Just be creative with what you make for your own meal.

buy a slow cooker and put everything in before you go to work and when you come home it will be all cooked and ready, you can cook roasts with veggies in it or soups and stews and chilli too.
make meals on weekends and freeze then, then you just take them out in the morning and trow them in the oven when you get home from work stuff like cassaroles, soup, stew(without potatoes) and lasanga freeze well

my kids loved fruit salads (in a can they squish easier for right now). Banana's, green beans. hot dogs are a good choice (or vienna sausages) cut them longways then slice it. Just the circles could cause choking. Biter biscuits are a good snack. Now these are all good foods with or with out teeth. And kids generally love these foods.

I know what you mean -- when my kids were that little I got so tired of the same things...and so did they after a while. My kids liked yogurt a lot, the soft fruit breakfast bars, grapes sliced into small pieces, canned refried beans spread on tortillas with cheese melted on top (they liked to dip in a little sour cream), instant oatmeal, canned mandarin oranges (the little bitty ones), cream cheese on crackers (strawberry cream cheese was always a hit), hummus on pita bread (I know it is hard to believe, but that was always one of their favorites), and english muffins with pizza sauce and cheese melted on top. Another fun meal they liked was when I would buy the little boxes of jiffy corn muffin mix and make them with a little cheese and small slices of hot dogs in them. Just like little corn dog muffins, but no choking hazards! Seems like it takes forever for them to start eating everything we eat, but none of my kids are picky eaters -- I think we need to try to make ourselves give them lots of flavors, even when they are little! Hope some of these help!
