Mmm. I was asked to translate this from Arabic to English but my English is not that good. I would appreciate it if you help me rephrase this in formal English. Feel free to rewrite or correct the sentences. I am feeling so dumb at the moment and I think that this paragraph that I have translated stinks:

Development of Special Education in Egypt

Introduction:
Educational and pedagogical care plays an essential role in preparing the visually impaired for life in the society. This is done in order for them to achieve maximum benefit of their potential and their abilities. Taking into consideration the fact that the abilities of the visually impaired do not allow them to benefit from the same pedagogical activities that are presented to his/her mates in ordinary ways, it became necessary to provide some kind of specialized educational services customized to serve the needs of the visually impaired. Hence, exists the need to establish the Visual Education schools.

The Development of Special Education in Egypt

Introduction:

Educational and pedagogical care plays an essential role in preparing the visually impaired for life in society. This allows them to attain the maximum benefit from their potential and abilities. Taking into consideration the fact that their abilities do not allow them to benefit equally from the same educational activities which are presented to their classmates in ordinary ways, it becomes necessary to provide some kind of specialized educational services customized to serve their needs. Hence, the need to establish schools for the visually impaired.

In English, Visual Education schools implies something somewhat different from what your intended meaning seems to be. In English, those schools are simply called schools for the visually impaired (modern, politically correct term) or schools for the blind (older term). Please decide which you are going to use (visual education schools, schools for the visually impaired, or schools for the blind), and then use that term consistently throughout your translation.

I did all five parts and I think it is very interesting. You are doing an awesome job!

Development of Special Education in Egypt

Introduction:
Educational and pedagogical care plays an essential role in preparing the visually impaired for life in society. This preparation allows them to reach their full potential and maximize their abilities. Given that the abilities of the visually impaired do not allow them to benefit in the same ways from the same pedagogical activities as their non-visually impaired counterparts, some kind of specialized educational services, customized to serve the needs of the visually impaired, are needed. Hence, the Visual Education schools must be established.
