Shredded chicken half boiled
Egg white or complete egg
Boiled potato (very less - one tenth of the chicken quantity)
Ajinamoto - Mono Sodium Glutamate (MSG)
Salt
Peeper

Mix up every thing except egg very well. Add the eggs. Mix up again. Make balls. Deep fry in vegetable oil till it turns brown. Or place the balls on a greased plate and microwave it for about 10 minutes in medium power.

OK, the absolute simplest chicken meatball is to take ground chicken. Take about a heaping tablespoon, and roll it in a ball (wet your hands to make it less sticky). Put it on a greased baking sheet/cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and maybe some sage and thyme if you want to get a little fancier. Repeat until chicken is gone. Bake at 200 C or 400 F for 10 to 15 minutes until the pink is gone from the center. Voila! Chicken meatballs! (For pasta, stick with salt and pepper. Other good spices: ground fennel, ground red pepper, ground garlic.)
