Recently, my computer keeps saying the "user32.dll" file has been relocated do to some other file. I need to get back to you on what that file was but it wasn't a .dll extension. It says I should contact my dll vendor but I have no clue where I can get a new [free] user32.dll. Anyone want to help me out? By the way if it helps I am running on windows xp.

ok, here's exactly what the message says:

"The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL."

Anyone know what's going on???

Often stuff like that happens in some versions of Windows, especially XP, if your RAM is going bad.
Windows Memory Diagnostic might help check to see if your RAM is going bad or not.

Otherwise, there might some programs/settings that are conflicting with each other or with Windows.
Hope that helps.
