I think most people who support abortion in the case of rape, do not justify it biblically because there is no reference there. There make that judgment based on their own views of right and wrong.

Just to let you know rape victims rarely get abortions. They are given the morning after pill in the hospital usually without knowing they are taking it. Many Christians do not have a problem with the morning after pill. I do not know how they justify that biblically.

I have never looked to the Bible to condemn abortion. Though the scripture clearly states that God knew each of us when He formed us in the womb, and there are several places whereby the unborn are referred to as living entities. (e.g. Luke 1: 39-45)
I know of no place in the Bible in which abortion is discussed in general not to mention in particular with regard to cases of rape or incest.
My own personal opinion is that abortion is wrong in all cases. I use the following questions to reach this decision:
1. Is it alive? An embryo meets all criteria as a unique living organism.
2. Is it human? The chromosome structure if fully human and is that of a unique person (excepting in the case of twins, triplets, etc).
3. What crime did the unborn commit which warrants a sentence of death? Inconvenience?
No one ever said life was fair. I have no problem with people correcting their mistakes or making changes in their life to make things easier, but not at the expense of a human life whose only downfall is that it is inconveniencing someone else..
