Remember that English is suppose to be the hardest language to learn. Take you time learning and speak often to others that speak the language.

YOU SAY PLEASE TELL ME OR GIVE ME NOT PLEASE ME. COMPREHENSION IS THE FIRST STEP. READ A LOT AND USE A DICTIONARY TO UNDERSTAND. THEN READ MORE AND BEGIN TO PRACTICE WRITING SIMULTANEOUSLY. AFTER THAT JOIN ENGLISH CLASSES. CHOOSE A GOOD INSTITUTE LIKE THE BRITISH COUNCIL. BESIDES LEARNING , PEOPLE IN SUCH CLASSES INTERACT AMONG THEMSELVES TO IMPROVE THIER SPEAKING SKILLS. THE TEACHER CORRECTS THEM. SEE ENGLISH MOVIES AND READ A PLENTY OF STUFF IN ENGLISH.

Practice, practice, practice. Do it out loud, do it in your mind, and seek out chances to try out your new language.
Good for you!
Peace
