they are aren't they? Some say we aren't suppose 2 speculate, some say we aren't suppose2 feel, some say we are 2 rely on mere grace. Some think we aren't suppose2 even jewelry. Some think transfusions are wrong! They say things about others in a twisted way. They don't give the exact verses & exact chapters. If I say somethings in the bible I give the exact verse or at least say what chapter it is in. If I'm not sure where a certain verse is I say so. If we aren't 2think for ourselves, if we aren't 2feel, if we aren't permitted 2 adorn ourself, if we can't speculate about things, we would be in the dark ages still we might as well be robots! Robots that's exactly ? the devil what's us2be so it can steal our soul. The devil would take it saying he or she isn't using it. just look paying more attention 2image than spirit that's real vanity! Chptr 2 Exodus : ? shalt thou gain if thou gain the world & lose thy soul (spirit)!

I bet U know ? religion I'm refering 2! There's only 1 that's against all those things that I mentioned. It starts with J.
If I named it I'd probably get a violation.
Please don't tell me what's in the bible without exact proof. U might think your understand is right but U could be all twisted mixed up about it! I resent people saying certain things are in the bible and they make up verses that aren't even in it! This has happened alot in Yahoo.. hasn't it? If I say somethings in the bible you can be sure it is! I'm not going to lie. Any fool can get a bible and check it out! Most people don't they rely on the lies on the internet. We are on this earth so we can know what spirit is about.. why else would we be allowed to feel? If we don't have that we are just the walking dead! Anyone against feelings is of the devil! Correct?

sorry about the contraction things.. had to do that as Yahoo was limited words. if U can't understand contractions like 2 symbolizing to.. you're not thinking.. U want everything spoon fed or you're just a nitpicker! If yahoo didn't limit the letters then contractions would not be used!

Is this a question?
You talk about citation: Book, chapter, verse. But then you don't give them.
According to the bible, soul and spirit are not the same. In Genesis, you will find that man/woman are body, soul and spirit (you can search for the verses).
Dark ages, robots, etc. You are all over the place stating biblical content without context. You make an argument paraphrasing. You refer to Exodus 2 without telling us what concept in Exodus 2 you quoting.
You complain about people that express what they believe which does not match your understanding. If they profess an incorrect message, why don't you more on?
Answer: According to your usage of the word "hypocrites", all you need to do is look in the mirror.

I am sorry you feel that way. Nothing anyone says that comes out of the Bible should insult you. I agree with J. Where is your scripture to back your words?
Yes, I do follow scripture even though we are all sinners. Yes I do wear dresses more then anything else and yes I dress in Mennonite modest cape dresses with a head covering when I worship or am at Bible study or with other Christians at a prayer meeting and such. I fellowship with believers and witness to non beleivers because this is what the New Testament tells us to do. I use to say some of the things you are saying until I became born again (saved) and God changed me. As a child of God's I don't feel like a robot, but instead I have so much peace in my life and I don't miss the heathen lifestyle. Also I don't adorn myself with jewelry or any of that because I don't need it. At work I am the only woman who wears very modest dresses and skirts down to my ankles and walks a Christian lifestyle, but no one there says anything bad about it. In fact one girl asked me for religion tracts to read. I am very respected at my job and I don't ever push anything on anyone. On this website I don't push anything either, but instead tell the truth as it is questions and answers! If you don't like it then don't read these kinds of answers. If you were born again you would understand what you are saying and realize that it is God's words.
I had to read this question a couple times for the incorrect spelling.

The sad reality is that few people have actually met a true Christian. I would be pleasantly surprised if there are more than 7000 completely committed followers of Christ in the USA. "Well done, good and faithful servant."
Most of the people in church (myself included) follow Christ when it isn't too much trouble, and we feel like it. If being a Christian was truly costly as far as persecution, we would be "out of there". "I believe, help me with my unbelief. Lord, have mercy on me a sinner."
It is very possible that 80% of the people in church are just practicing "religion" and "churchiology". It is something they pretend to do on Sundays, but the rest of the week they are little or no different from non-believers (except smug, argumentative, and self-righteous). "Get away from me, you workers of lawlessness. I never knew you."
A true follower of Christ can be identifed by humility and a 24/7 effort to be a good ambassador of Christ ... to show the care and kindness of The Savior.

Calling someone a hypocrite is very judgmental. As a Christian, we are not supposed to judge anyone. We are all imperfect beings... It's in our nature. Christianity is not about being perfect~ it's the attempt at trying to lead a perfect life through the teachings of Christ. So the next time you call someone a hypocrite... look at yourself... Judge your own sins. Then you'll realize that they are not hypocrites, but they are just all too HUMAN. Even a pastor, or priest, has their sins... Do NOT judge him... Do NOT praise him... He is a person... no greater than you or I... But respect the words that come from his mouth, for those are the words of God when he is standing on the pulpit.

I am not a religious person - i agree with your statement.
So many of the religious fanatics, zealots and bigots, who show their ignorance, intolerance, biased opinions and their racism on this site on a daily basis - seem to have forgotten what the true meaning of the religious texts and various religious books that they so often quote actually mean and what they truly represent - so according to their own behavior and actions and words, THEY are the one's that will face the wrath of God, the final days and go to HELL instead of those of us who are or try tobe more liberal, honest, open minded and fair.
Please remember that there are a lot of religious books, bibles, and texts in the world - so therefore it stands to reason that YOU may not know ALL the verses from the various books. Perhaps it would be a good idea if people actually took the time to study and research the various religions, faiths and belief systems before getting so upset over nothing.

Gal. 5:1 "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery."
Paul said this to the young church of Galatia, who were pressured by some Judaizers to be circumcised, or they weren't true Christians,.... they said.
Many people like their laws, because they are too lazy to think for themselves or search the Bible for the answers they need. So, they let others tell them what they should do.
Everyone can build a crazy doctrine by taking verses out of context in the Bible. Also, our sinful nature likes to judge others, and thinks, "only I am right".
So, study your Bible and come to your own convictions before God. You are only accountable to Him, not to other people's opinions and rules.
Here is another verse about freedom in the same chapter, verse 13: "You, my brothers, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the sinful nature; rather, serve one another in love."

It took me over 15 minutes just to decipher what, if any thing, you are trying to say here. I take it they didn't offer English at your school even as a first language, eh? In either case, the verse you completely misplaced is from the NEW TESTAMENT in Matthew 16:26- "For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world, yet loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?" I know. I'm just so damn mean-spirited for pointing out your glaring mistakes.

i'm sorry which you have been stated for violating the TOS in this manner. It does not look honest, because of the fact the awareness scoffer is by no potential offensive to me. call me a scoffer all you choose, it fairly is what i'm. As for a be conscious this is in basic terms not discovered offensive by potential of all of us, i choose to propose 'atheist', see you later as you spell it properly. We atheists are many times very choosy approximately spelling.

Their is only one true way to identify a Christian, Jew or any other religion: Look at their fruits....Do they love or judge others? Do they set standards which have nothing to do with true spirituality? The Bible is full of religious hypocrites who God distains. Only God knows anyone's heart and motivations.
