In these times it seems that the old rule of men being the hunter is not applicable anymore. I have heard many of my female friends complaining of the same thing:men just don't ask us out anymore!!! We have to use all kinds of tactics to get them to understand that we want to be asked out!!! So, do you guys think badly of a girl who is brave enough to do the asking. Us girls are becoming more and more confident and and hate being the traditional 'wallflowers'

There is nothing wrong if a girl asks her bf for an outing or getting married. You won't believe me, on 6th February 1971 (35 years before), a girl asked me if I would marry her and she brought her lips near me. I kissed her (fiirst of my life) and said yes. We are happily married for 35 years.

I would love it definitely if a girl were to do that, but the reason why it's important for a girl to not do so is if the guy truly has the same feelings he will be man enough to do the talking and courtship which is good for the girl because she will know he is for real.

Well it's brave for a female to ask a guy out, ....but why wouldn't a guy choose to do so...i mean if your the one doing the asking and he's not, it's either he's weak and you will have the upperhand or he's just not interested.

I don't find anything wrong with that, but I guess some men would want to take a girl seriously if the girl would wait for his man to go after her.... My classmates were all men and they said that they feel flattered if someone likes them, but they want girls who just wait for their men to go after them..... if the girl wasn't that type of girl then they feel like that girl was a -----and don't need a serious relationship....
