NO.
All decisions must first pass approval by GOD before we befall a triumph or tragedy, IMO.

No, I do not believe in "luck". I believe that a positive mental attitude, belief in in the laws of attraction and willingness to act on our desires is what actually propels opportunities into our lives. In other words, consciously or unconsciously, we truly are the masters of our own fate.

Sometimes people will leave jobs or relationships thinking they will rid themselves of some negative circumstances, only to find that no matter where they go or what they do, similar situations keep cropping up. Why is that? Because they have not learned the lesson and so either they, God or the universe keeps serving up the same order until they finally "get it". WE are the common denominator in our own lives.

I also believe that "bad luck" can be turned around and perceived as "good luck" if we choose to make lemonade out of those lemons and if we choose to "learn the lesson".

Notice how those who have what we would call "bad luck" are many times the same ones who often think, expect and speak most about it.

Sometimes seemingly horrible things happen to people and we ask ourselves "why"? But those "horrible" and unjust things are not necessarily horrible or unjust, it is really how we choose to perceive what happened, whether or not we can find the "silver lining" and where we choose to go from there. EVERYONE has their own crosses to carry, but how equipped are we to carry those crosses?

Whenever we think that others have it better than we do, we really need to pause and give thanks for the blessings we have in our own lives. Too many people get stuck obsessing about what is wrong and forget to look at what is going right.

Yes. There is nobody in the sky granting wishes. Everything that happens is simply luck. Sure, there are things that happen that you control like jobs, relationships ect. but everyday occurrences that happen to you are just dumb luck. Hopefully it is all or at least mostly good luck. Just remember, nobody is looking out for you. If you want something, you have to work for it and earn it.

I guess, in an abstract sense. If you really think about it "luck" is a complex notion. I am an agnostic-atheist, so I don't believe that everything happens by the grace of God, or for a predestined reason. I believe in coinciedence, random chance, luck (bad luck), all of it I guess. In a nut shull: Sh*t happens!

To a degree. Getting a beneficial result when the odds of that happening were against you can be termed good luck.

No. Luck or coincidence presupposes that God was not in control.

What you think is luck is actually the result of previous actions, sometimes going back several life times.

it depends on whether you believe in chance
if there is free will
or if everything is predetermined
its not as simple a concept as it appears
there are good arguments on each side
and probably some truth to each
physics is governed by laws
perhaps there is a complex pattern in apparent randomness

luck is an event determined by chance, happening by chance.

It is just a word to describe ones happening in life and it is not unbelievable to believe that the thing happened to you is because of luck

it is a never ending disease - LIFE - each day every day remains dormant, as i get older i realise that we exist to consume and be consumed. We are ants, scuttling around, existing in a world created by governments, corporations, financial institutions and religions. Luck has nothing to do with life.
