it's spanish but full of slang...i don't understand it all...my best guess is "what's up dude? I'm here with my friend Celi (a name I guess)..." I have no idea what "chupando and jugando la fria" means...it could be something like taking it easy, having a good time, hanging out...

Even though frÃa means cold (feminine), here it seems to be some sort of game or slang.
