I weigh 300lbs and i always ate atleast 5000 calories or more a day. but then i went on a low calorie diet for the past week and a half cutting my calories down to 850-1200. and i was so happy a week ago cuz i lost 7lbs but then today i got on the scale and im back to 300 again! is this because of something called starvation mode? if so what is it and how can i start losing weight now that i messed up.. or did i not mess up?? ok thanks so much!

You can cut down significantly and lose weight without starving yourself. Go to www.weightwatchers.com to learn how. Eventually, they might have you down to 1100 to about 1500 calories a day, but that would only start when you've lost a lot of weight and need much less. That you lost and gained seven pounds in a week suggests it's water weight, not fat loss. Keep at it and exercise, too, starting with gentle walking and working your way up. Also check out the National Weight Control Registry for hints from people who have both lost a lot of weight and kept it off. Good luck!

It is not how much calories. It is how acidic is your food. Check your recent food and drink for acidity.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. Therefore you must solve the weight problem at the source : eating acidic food. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats. Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.
Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

You need carbs for energy just make sure you excersise them off or they turn to fat,,, No carbs no energy and you could turn enorexic sorta
