If you're worried about your height, start doing Yoga. It wont make you taller, but will help you straighten your back to its full potential. It can give the illusion that someone has grown an inch or two.
Milk is really bad for you, so NEVER drink milk for health issues. Milk has cholesterol, blood, pus, hormones (given to the cows) and contributes to weight gain and has been linked to asthma and eczema. Since you want to be tall, I suggest you keep yourself slim and supple, the way you are. Gaining a few pounds by eating bad fats may make you appear squat.
For your hair- eat lots of nuts, seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds) and get lots of Vitamin E into your diet. Cut the dry/split ends off regularly and wear a hat or scarf out in the sun. Mix honey in water and drink daily in the morning to keep your skin shiny and smooth.
Massage your skin with milk. Milk has moisturizer; it will keep your skin smooth
Grate carrot and boil. Massage that mixture to body to get fair and smooth skin
Mix cream on the top of milk and all-purpose flour and apply that paste on to your skin avoid eyes, eyebrows and lips. Shower after 5 minutes. This will make skin smooth.
Apply the juice of tulsi leaves and the juice of orange peel on the skin, and leave it for some time. This will improve your complexion
Take a tsp of milk and honey and massage face with it, followed with an application of a tsp of almond paste and a tsp of sandalwood paste mixed together with the juice of a lemon and some mashed papaya. Scrub your face well with it in slow circular motions; this will cleanse face and glow.
