Well, you need either a X-ray unit or a gamma ray camera. Depending on the diameter of the pipe, either you can put the source inside (esp. the rod anode type X-ray tube or the gamma ray source) the pipe or put the source outside and use the double wall technique. Normally the ASME code or other relevant specifications will give you the best way of coverage. In any case, you will need a level II inspector to carry out the job and interpret the film.
